Although I have cycled for most of my life, off and on, it is only really in the past three years that I have been using my bicycle regularly and seriously. I have grown to absolutely adore going out for a bike ride and take the opportunity to do so whenever I can. I hope that, through the advice that this site will provide, many others will be helped to take up cycling and find the same enjoyment as I have.
