This is bicycle touring circa 1980. Im in Mingo, Iowa, the morning of Tuesday June 10, 1980, outbound for Madison, Wisconsin, then Idaho, Colorado and Britain. It was a good summer. This was a nippy morning so Ive got on the wool shirt and pants; theyd come off within half an hour.
